Sika Mix

Usage

Sika Mix is especially useful for concrete mixes with fluctuating fines, low cement content or unfavourable granulometric curves with bad water retention abilities. Even secondary raw materials like crushed rock and manufactured sands are more easily used with Sika® Mix.

Improves the cohesiveness, workability and lubrication of the fresh concrete.

• Reduces concrete bleed.
• Improves pump output and workability of unfavourable concrete mixes.
• Used in shotcrete mixes to improve sticking or as silica fume replacement.

Shelf life

Stored at temperatures between 5°C and 35°C in unopened original containers protected from direct sunlight and from frost, shelf life is at least six (6) months.
