    High Range Water Reducing Admixture

    Sika® ViscoCrete®-190 SC is a high range water reducer based on Sika’s ViscoCrete® polycarboxylate polymer technology.

    Water Reduction: Sika® ViscoCrete®-190 SC can be dosed in small amounts to obtain water reduction from 10–15 %, and will achieve water reduction up to more than 30 % at high dosage rates.   High Plasticity and neutral set. The superplasticizing action of Sika® ViscoCrete®-190 SC provides high slump, flowing concrete that maintains excellent workability with minimal set delay.     High Range Water Reducing Admixture with workability retaining properties

    Sika® ViscoCrete®-140 SK is a high range water reducer based on Sika’s ‘ViscoCrete®’ polycarboxylate polymer technology specifically formulated for extended slump life in high strength concrete mixes. Sika® ViscoCrete®-140 SK combines the benefits of a high range water reducer with a slump keeper to achieve extended slump life in flowable  concrete mixes.

    Water Reduction: Sika® ViscoCrete®-140 SK can be dosed in small amounts to obtain water reduction from 10–15 %, and will achieve water reduction of over 30 % at high dosage rates.   High Plasticity and neutral set: The superplasticizing action of Sika® ViscoCrete®-140 SK provides high slump, flowing concrete that maintains excellent workability, and may be placed with minimal or no vibration even at very low water cement ratios. Sika® ViscoCrete®-140 SK is mainly used for the following applications:
    • The production of High Performance Concrete in hot weather and with extended transportation and workability requirements.
    • Where high compressive strengths in early days for earlier removal of forms and structural use of concrete is required.
    • Self-Compacting Concrete and highly flowable mixes with ultimate strengths requirements (over 100 Mpa)
    Sika® ViscoCrete®-140 SK has been formulated to provide great water reduction, increased slump retention and easier pumpability. Sika® ViscoCrete®-140 SK does not  calcium chloride or any other intentionally added chlorides, and will not initiate or promote the corrosion of the steel reinforcing bars.

    HWR- High Range Water Reducer 

    Sika® ViscoCrete®-10 is a third generation superplasticiser for concrete and mortar. It meets the requirements for   high range water reducing superplasticisers according to AS1478.1-2000.

    Sika® ViscoCrete®-10 is a powerful superplasticiser which acts through several different mechanisms including surface adsorption and sterical effects separating the cementitious binder particles. The following advantageous properties are achieved:
    • High water reduction, resulting in high density, high strength and reduced permeability
    • Superior plasticising effect, resulting in improved flow, placing and compaction characteristics
    • Reduced shrinkage during curing and reduced creep when hardened
    Sika® ViscoCrete®-10 does not contain chlorides or any other ingredients which promote the corrosion of steel. It is therefore suitable for use in reinforced and pre-stressed concrete structures.
